Dry goods

La Dispensa delivers virtually anywhere in Australia.

We will endeavour to pack and ship your order within one business day after your order is received and confirmed.

We use a mix of couriers and delivery services to ensure that you can get your Italian goodies as quickly as possible.

Transit times will depend on your location although most deliveries to metropolitan areas in VIC, ACT, NSW and QLD will take approximately 2-3 business days.

When your order has been processed and confirmed we will send you an email with a tracking number for you to track your pack.

Chilled goods

Chilled fresh food is only delivered to Sydney suburbs served by our Direct delivery service (see below for a full list of suburbs).



Direct delivery service

To ensure as many people as possible receive their order as soon as possible LA Dispensa delivers directly to most inner Sydney metro areas. 

Orders going to a destination within our direct delivery service will be delivered within 2 business days after the order is placed.

Returns and Refunds

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us providing your order number and details of the product you would like to return. We will endeavour to respond within two business days with instructions about the next steps.

We will happily refund you for items that are faulty or defective as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Should there be the need to return an item due to it being faulty or defective we will pay for the return postage.
