TIPS FOR PERFECT COOKING:
Conchiglioni can be stuffed and cooked in oven or simply boiled to be served with a sauce.
BOILED: for every 100 g of pasta, bring 2 L of water at a rolling boil, adding salt to taste. Add pasta to water, stir gently and cook until desired degree of tenderness is reach.
STUFFED: Spread some of the sauce on the bottom of a pre-greased oven-proof dish, stuff the pasta to taste and place each piece side by side in the oven dish. Pour the remaining sauce over, top with Béchamel sauce and Parmesan cheese to taste.
Bake (180° C /Gas Mark 5) for about 25 minutes.
