Prep instructions:

• cut cheeses in bite sized pieces
• cut bread in small slices
• arrange cold meats, cheeses and bread on a wooden chopping board or serving plate
• chook the lasagna in in a fan forced oven at 180C (190C in conventional oven) for 30 minutes, let rest the lasagna on a bench for 5 minutes before cutting and serving
