Classicism never goes out of fashion: enriched with raisins and candied Sicilian oranges, this soft panettone releases inviting fragrances of vanilla and essential orange oils. 
Fratelli Sicilia, a small Sicilian artisan bakery, is owned and run by two young brothers Piero and Salvo. Together, they craft some of finest panettone from Sicily using free range organic eggs, Italian flour and a commitment to using only the finest ingredients.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, raisins 17.5%, butter (milk), sugar, egg yolk, candied Sicilian orange peel 6% (Sicilian orange 50%, glucose syrup, sugar), natural yeast (wheat), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; honey, skimmed milk powder, glucose-fructose syrup, flavourings, salt.
