The original recipe of the traditional Gran Galup with fresh candied fruits and premium sultanas. Topped with Italian Hazelnut “Tonda Gentile Trilobata” glaze, enriched with whole almonds and sugar granules.

Ingredients: Type "0" soft wheat flour - Sultanas 15% - Butter (Milk) - Sugar - Orange peel Gold 8% (Orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose) - Fresh category A egg yolk from free-range hens - Natural yeast (Type "0" soft wheat flour - Water) - Candied citron peel 4% (Citron peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice) - Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - Whole fresh milk - Inverted sugar syrup - Salt - Honey - Glucose/fructose syrup - Barley malt extract - Natural flavours - Bourbon vanilla natural flavour.

GLAZE INGREDIENTS 12%: Sugar - Fresh category A egg white from free-range hens – Hazelnut Tonda Gentile Trilobata 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Icing sugar (Sugar - Wheat starch) - Sunflower oil - Natural flavours.

Topped with sugar granules 5% and whole almonds 3%. May contain other tree nuts, mustard, and soy.
