Scarpato Panettone all'Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva (Lactose free) 750g

The appearance is classic panettone, but less shiny due to the absence of butter. The leavening is regular, uniform, and the color of the dough is not overly intense yellow. Instead, the fragrance is well balanced between the citrus, the sweetness of the candied fruit and the aroma of the oil that keeps it soft and flavourful.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, raisins 13,4%, sugar, natural yeast (WHEAT flour, water), candied citrus peel 10,5% (sicilian orange peels and "diamond"citron, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), barn EGGS, italian extra virgin olive oil 8%, barn EGG yolk, glucose syrup, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, OAT fiber, natural flavours, salt.
