Deci’Ova Pappardelle from Campofilone are one of the egg pasta specialities of the artisan producer Leonardo Carassai.

This pasta, with its wide and thick cut typical of traditional Tuscan style, is perfect for rich, hearty sauces.
Ideal with: mushrooms, wild boar, hare ragù, as well as cheese-based sauces.

Bronze-die extruded pasta has a rough, porous texture, which delivers excellent cooking performance and helps sauces cling beautifully.

The slow drying process of at least 24 hours makes it highly digestible and gives it strong nutritional value.
