With a strong flavour, the Bio Orto Organic Sun-dried Tomatoes are a high quality product thanks to the use of organic and natural ingredients.

The tomatoes, hand-picked and sun-dried according to Apulian tradition, are preserved in the company's own Peranzana EVO oil, an excellent oil that can be used as a condiment for bread or bruschetta, thus avoiding any waste.

Ideal as an aperitif, enjoyed on friselle and crostini, or paired with fresh cheeses like mozzarella, crescenza, and ricotta. Also excellent as a pasta sauce or in rustic pies.

Ingredients: organic dried tomatoes (58%), organic extra virgin olive oil (36%), organic wine vinegar, organic basil, and salt. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
