Vinocotto Cooked Grape Must is made of 100% grape must, making it a velvety liquid that is not overly sugary.
This traditional Italian condiment is made by cooking and reducing the grape must from two distinct grape varietals, malvasia and negroamaro, for a period of fifteen hours.
It is aged for four years in oak barrels, allowing the taste and consistency to develop.
Vincotto has hints of prunes, spices, rich grape components and is not as woody as Balsamic.
Ideal for drizzling sparsely over game, roasted meats, salads, aged cheeses, and certain desserts.
