Produced from organically grown “Biancolilla” olives, grown at over 700 meters above sea level on high hills. At these altitudes, “Biancolilla” expresses its maximum content of aromatic substances and polyphenols. The result is an oil of great harmony, with a balanced almondy fruitiness, to be paired with all vegetables or fresh cheeses. For its herbaceous scent combined with an unexpected sweetness, it goes perfectly with both raw and cooked fish-based cuisine.
