Contini Tonaghe Cannonau di Sardegna DOC

Description Ruby red in colour with a purple hue on the rim. Intensely perfumed, this wine offers marasca cherry and redcurrant aromas before closing on a note of blackberry jelly. On the dynamic and enveloping palate, a svooury hint of saline blends with freshness.
Harvest Mid September

Vinification Pressing, fermentation with maceration of the skins up to 10 days, soft pressing. Aged in stainless steel and then in bottle for some months prior to release.
Food matching This wine would be delicious with cheeses as well as meat and vegetable first course. Try it with rich, oily fish-based dishes.
