$34.99

Fiano di Avellino has a straw yellos coulour. It is delicate, with hints of fresh fruit, almond, hazelnut, white flowers, citrus fruits, aromatic herbs and dried flowers to the nose. It is delicate, full-bodied, with clear floral notes. Fiano has ancient origins that date back to Roman times, a period in which this vine was known as Vitis Apiana due to the sweetness of its grapes, so appreciated by the bees. After the difficult period of the nineteensixties, in which the ancient provincial viticultural heritage risked losing, the stubborn action of Antonio Mastroberardino brought Fiano back among the most cultivated vines in the province of Avellino, arousing interest in cultivation even outside the region.
