Consorcio has been canning anchovies according to the authentic artisanal tradition where they have been leaders for over 60 years.

To make the Anchoa Serie Oro (Gold Standard Anchovies), Consorcio uses the highest quality fish, from the “Engraulis encrasicholus” species, caught at exactly the right moment, between April and June along the Cantabrian coast.
