Tassoni Cedrata 4x180ml

Tassoni Cedrata is a refreshing, non-alcoholic sparkling citrus drink from Italy. It has a distinctive flavour and aroma that comes from citron – a thick-skinned, intensely fragrant citrus fruit also known as cedra or etrog. Calabrian citrons, called Diamante, are used to make the sweet, sharp Cedrata soda.
The soda is syrupy sweet like lemonade, but much more fragrant with sour notes and an almost gingery aftertaste.
Tassoni Cedrata is best enjoyed chilled. It’s also a fabulous ingredient in alcohol-free cocktails, like Tassoni’s Bassito Tassoni. Take a few large, fresh basil leaves and place in the bottom of a highball glass. Add ¼ of a fresh lime, cut into small pieces, and mash with a muddler. Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour over a bottle of Tassoni Cedrata. Gently stir to combine the soda with the lime & basil, garnish with a sprig of fresh basil and serve.
