Stoneground wheat, Calabrian orange skins harvested and peeled by hand, Madagascar vanilla, honey obtained by the nectar of acacia flowers collected exclusively by bees in the spontaneous woods of the Tuscan hills, integral sea salt, Australian raisins “5 Corone ”, a fine variety of raisins grown in the south of Australia.

Ingredients: wheat flour, candied peach 15% (peach cubes, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, natural flavourings), egg yolk, butter, chocolate 9.3% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, glucose; emulsifier: soy lecithin), natural sourdough starter (wheat flour, water), sugar, crushed amaretti 3.4% (sugar, apricot kernels, almonds, egg white), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; invert sugar syrup, barley malt, salt, flavourings. GLAZE AND DECORATION ingredients: sugar, almonds, egg white, "Nocciola Piemonte IGP" (Piedmont hazelnut PGI) 1.0%, apricot kernels, rice flour. May contain other tree nuts and mustard.
