Granoro's goal is to contribute to the sustainability of Apulian agriculture and strengthen a direct link between farmers and consumers, built on shared values such as respect for the environment and the recovery of tradition through its products.
The partners who share in this project guarantee a top-quality raw material that is Certified and Traceable from field to table, 100% Puglia, through a supply chain agreement between the farmers, the mill and the Granoro pasta factory.
Dedicato is the first pasta from Puglia's certified grain supply chain.
