Sun-dried tomatoes prepared in the traditional Apulian style, from Le Bontà del Casale, a family-run producer in the heart of Apulia crafting authentic Italian delicacies since 1982. Grown under the region's abundant sunshine and dried the traditional way, these tomatoes are preserved in oil to keep their intense, concentrated flavour and deep, sweet-savoury character.
