Paneangeli Corn Starch (Amido di Mais) 250g


The Paneangeli Corn Starch, partly substituted for the flour, gives softness to the dough of cakes and biscuits. It can also be replaced entirely with flour for the preparation of creams and puddings to which it gives a smooth and velvety consistency.
